WMC Client for ArcGIS

WMC Client for ArcGIS is an extension that enables you to open Web Map Context (WMC) files directly in ArcMap.

With the WMC Client, you can open maps saved in the WMC format for further viewing and analysis in ArcMap. WMC is an Open Geospatial Consortium (OGC), Inc. specification typically used by browser-based GIS applications to save maps.
